Meet Julie Carter

Julie is a leadership coach and facilitator with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams navigate the people side of leadership.

Across her own leadership journey, one thing has remained true. Leadership success comes down to the quality of relationships, effective communication, trust and response under pressure.

That is where Julie does her best work.  She supports emerging, mid-level and senior leaders, along with teams and organisations, to strengthen self-awareness, communication, working relationships and leadership effectiveness in practical workplace settings.

 

Her style is warm, engaging and straightforward, combining deep listening with thoughtful challenge and practical application.

With a background spanning leadership development, management and people capability roles, Julie brings a broad and commercially grounded perspective to her work. She has worked across financial services, legal and professional services, resources, energy, education, aviation, for-purpose, government and healthcare, which allows her to work credibly across a wide range of leadership contexts.
